Outcome of Board Meeting

We wish to inform that the following decisions have been taken at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. February 08, 2025:

• Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 The Board of Directors have interalia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, [“SEBI (LODR)”] we are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report (Standalone & Consolidated) issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. T.P. Ostwal & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the said results.
